India HR Head- Big 4 Consulting Firm
We are seeking to recruit a senior HR professional for a Big 4
consulting firm to head the India operation. One of the world's leading
global business consulting firm they are a highly employee focused
company that offers tremendous growth opportunities and have a value
based culture that seeks to nurture and promote talent at all levels.
The Role
This is a leadership role and as a strategiest & Performance owner you
will be responsible for framing policies in consultation with the
global organisation and implementing it for the country organisation.
You will impact and influence activities related to Talent and
Leadership Development . You will instill organisational values and
focus on developing leadership talent, and retaining them ,keeping the
complexities of this industry and challenges in mind. You will partner
the practice leadership to help achieve business targets and will be
instrumental in creating and leading local change management. You will
also be responsible for building the Company into a leading employer
brand with “desired employer” status in the target segment. This
position reports into the country head and is a part of their global HR
leadership.
Your Profile
You must be an MBA from a premier institute with 12 + years
of experience. Must have worked in a multinational environment with
direct global interactions and significant strategic HR contribution.
Past experience in a Consulting/ Analytics firm is preferred.
Critical attributes include strategic HR skills, Talent development, and
ability to handle the complexities of handling top ranked professionals
in a fast paced growth environment.
