Knowledge Management – Global Position - MNC World Leader
We are seeking to identify a Knowledge Management Expert for our client, a technology world leader with a sterling reputation for innovation and managerial excellence. The Role
This is a global role wherein you will hold functional responsibility across geographies for a US $ 10 Billion business unit. The company is in the process of transforming itself from a product focused organization to being a total solutions provider, driven by a vibrant and borderless knowledge creation and sharing culture. This role is central to their strategic initiative.
Your Profile
An MBA or PhD from a premier Indian or global learning institution with 20 - 25 years of experience, of which minimum of 12 years should have been in knowledge management. You could have worked with a premier global technology / consulting / services organisation. Experience of living and working outside India is preferable. Your areas of exposure must include at least one of the following :
EXPERTISE : Conceptualizing Knowledge Management infrastructure. Defining, championing and driving the company's Knowledge Management approach and enabling a knowledge sharing culture which will support the company's transformation into a solution organization.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT : Aligning the organization with requirements of the KM initiatives. Driving change towards a knowledge sharing culture. Setting a compelling direction, building engagement,leadership models and organization development initiatives.
OPERATIONALIZING : Implementing strategic KM initiatives across the organization. Defining, implementing, communicating people, process and technology components to enable the KM program.
Ability to institutionalize and manage a world class knowledge management system in a dynamic, multi-cultural global environment will be an essential attribute.
