HEAD-TRAINING-TELECOM MNC

We are seeking to identify a Head Training - National Customer Service Delivery for our client, a leading multinational telecom service company, with a large footprint providing world class services across India. The Role

You will be responsible for the training function for the National Service Delivery organisation. You will create, manage and monitor the Customer Service management policies and procedures such that customers experience a seamless experience across all service touch-points. This would include managing all aspects of functional training, projects and continuous enhancement in training inputs leading to improvements in service operations.The company has a strong, customer-experience based positioning and you will have to meet the highest level of customer expectation, thus making it a differentiated value proposition.

Your Profile

You must be a Training professional in the customer service area, with approximately 15 years of work experience including functional training delivery experience. Excellent communication as well as strong collaborative skills are essential. Operational experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
