The academy will focus on capturing and disseminating business learning across this global organisation which has operations in 144 countries. The Role

The learning academy will seek to optimise and institutionalise these critical changes into learnable processes. As the head of business learning, you will :
Collect the business requirements related to business competences and contribute to the Capability strategy/plan, Manage the global portfolio of the learning solutions, create and deploy global processes to deliver the learning solutions efficiently, Manages a global team and Follow and report Learning Academy related activities globally and give input to Balanced Scorecard.
You will report to the global head of HRD, based in Europe.
