COO - MNC TELECOM SERVICE COMPANY
We are seeking to identify a Chief Operating Officer for our client, a leading multinational telecom service company providing world class services across India, for one of their large telecom circles. They are a preferred brand in the market and are growing rapidly across the country. The organization is highly employee focused and offers tremendous growth opportunities to quality professionals.
The Position
You will head the assigned telecom circle with absolute responsibility for all the functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Technology. As the COO, you will have complete top and bottom-line responsibility for the circle and will be expected to manage and grow the company's presence in a highly competitive environment, and also position it as the preferred brand. You will be required to provide strategic and operational leadership to the organisation, which works as an independent entity.
Your Profile
You should preferably be an Engineer/MBA from a premier institute and have at least 15 years of experience with high quality organisations in the Consumer products/services or Telecom industries. Your past experience must primarily include various roles in Sales & Marketing, in addition to which you must have a good amount of cross-functional exposure, preferably heading an independent business unit. This is a fast-moving industry with a constantly evolving landscape and you must have the dynamism required to plan and implement at an extremely rapid pace and lead a young team to success.
