Global Head of Business Process Management & KM : Billion $ business
We are seeking to identify a Business Process Management expert with experience in Knowledge Management for our client, a technology world leader with a sterling reputation for innovation and managerial excellence. This is an opportunity to strategize, define and institutionalize BPM and KM for the company’s billion BU at a global level.

The Role
This is a global role wherein you will head BPM and hold functional responsibility for KM for a billion dollar business unit spread across 140 countries. You will be responsible for strategizing, designing and implementing business processes and tools, and enabling a knowledge sharing culture. The company is in the process of transforming itself from a product focused organization to being a total solutions provider and this position will play a key enabling role in this transformation.
Your Profile
An Engineer or MBA, preferably with a Ph.D, from a premier Indian or global learning institution, you must have 15 - 20 years of experience at a senior level in a technology delivery organization. Excellent track record of building BPM and KM capability in a large multi country organization is a must. As an individual, you must have the capability to work in an international environment and influence peers at a global level to ensure acceptance and delivery.
