Global Delivery Head, Outsourcing : Technology Leader
We are currently seeking to identify a senior professional with a global outlook and international experience to head the delivery organisation of a key € 500 million outsourcing SBU in the Technology Infrastructure space. Prime focus areas include System Integration, Network Security and Technology Consulting.
Our client is one of the world's leading technology organisations. A recognized leader worldwide in the technology and products space, the company has created a services organisation to bring the strategic benefits of outsourcing to its clients worldwide. In a strategic move, they have recently moved the global HQ for this business to India and will be servicing global clients from here.
Your Profile
You must be a top class professional with a degree in technology from a reputed institute and at least 15 years of high quality experience. Hands-on exposure to delivery of outsourced technology services to a global market is a critical pre-requisite.
Key attributes required include :
Best- in-class delivery experience on an international scale. You must be thoroughly familiar with the concepts and application of best practices.
Change Management – You must be able to instill a thought process consistent with the needs of a dynamic business that is moving from localised to centralized delivery.
Analytical Rigour – To ensure thorough analysis of information and fact based decision making.
