Services Account Manager- Telecom Giant
We are seeking to recruit a senior professional for a Services Sales position for our client, a global telecommunications giant with undisputed market leadership both in India, as well as across the world. Having established their presence in India, they are today a highly respected technology leader as well as the most preferred consumer brand in the country. A low hierarchy, matrix organisation that ensures total delegation,all professional careers in this company are on par globally.
This is a senior management position in mobile telecom infrastructure business based out of Delhi. You will be responsible for selling the entire services portfolio that is forming an increasingly larger and more important part of the customer relationship with every operator .You are expected to fully understand and influence the impact of the services delivery on the overall business and suggest/monitor/design corrective actions if required. Continuously look at increasing margins through upsell and cost reduction. Should have service delivery/operational experience along with commercial/business mindset and will be required to lead the negotiations on services issue with the customer and close deals. You should have good understanding of the Managed Services and Value Added Service domain
The ideal profile would be an Engineer+MBA with 10-12 yrs of post qualification experience.. Exposure to Account based selling of complete services solutions, preferably in the IT/ Telecom industries is essential. You must be a strong team player who can function well as an individual contributor also.
