Senior Account Director- Telecom Giant
We are seeking to fill a Top Management position for our client, a global telecommunications giant with undisputed market leadership both in India, as well as across the world.Having established their presence in India, they are today the technology leader, as well as most preferred consumer brand in the country. A low hierarchy, matrix organisation that ensures total delegation,all professional careers in this company are on par globally.
This is a top management position in mobile telecom infrastructure business and reports to the Country Managing Director. You will be heading a large account group for the Country, managing relationship, delivery and commercial success. You will be responsible for understanding of customer business plans, lead a large team to identify business opportunities and find solutions to meet customer requirements. You will hold customer P&L responsibility and accountability and will manage the customer relationship in close co-operation with the global team. This would require a consultative approach and a high level of relationship management and the ability to build a personal rapport with the client's top management will be a critical success factor. The position could either operate out of North or Western Region.
The ideal profile would be an Engineer+MBA with 15-20 yrs of post qualification experience. Should have a strong stint in Sales & Marketing and relationship management in a multinational environment. Exposure to Account based selling of complete solutions, preferably in the IT/ Telecom/Communications industries would be preferred. Past experience in General Management roles heading a highly skilled multi-dimensional team would be a major advantage. Demonstrated leadership and team skills are essential.
