Sales Head - Mobile Enterprise Solutions : Global Telecom Leader

We are seeking to recruit a Sales & Business Development head for the Enterprise Solutions suite of the world's leading mobile phones company. This is part of a business unit that focusses on Enterprise Services and Solutions - their fastest growth area currently. You will work with customers who are global level telecom operators, to create and implement business models based on current and evolving technologies. This is a pan-India position for the product suite and reports to the country head.


The Job

You will be responsible for a managing the solutions business with Operators and Large Enterprises. You are required to understand customers' strategic and business plans, implement account strategy, identify product and/or solutions and develop product offerings to ensure optimum profitability. A business development role, this will require an understanding of telecom operators' business model and their revenue sharing with different price plans. This is a high-responsibility position that requires some technology understanding and strong commercial acumen.

Your Profile

You must be an Engineer/MBA with approximately 12 years of post qualification experience, of which atleast 5 years must be in Software/ Technology Solutions sales in a Large MNC. In addition, you should have worked across multiple geographies within the country and have led high quality teams successfully. Prior experience with telecom solutions as well as a good understanding the operator's business dynamics would be an advantage.
