Sales Head- Consumer Technology Segment
We are seeking to recruit a senior profile as Sales Head for a MNC world leader - a renowned global brand in the technology based consumer segment. The position reports to their country head, with a dotted line to the Regional Sales organisation based out of Singapore.
As a Telecom products world leader, the company has created a separate entity to focus on future growth areas - services and solutions. This position provides a great opportunity to work in "start-up" mode with one of the top 10 global brands. You get to create with all the backing and very little binding.
This is a high-responsibility position that reports into the Country Head. You will be required to set up the entire sales organisation for the SBU, with responsibility for Sales strategies,business expansion and client relationships. You will evolve and implement sales strategy and achievement of sales volumes through Channel Sales/Direct and Account Management to the target audience, a mix of Consumer,Corporate,Operator and channel. You will be tasked with creating the appropriate opportunities, positioning the Solutions business, obtaining orders, creating delivery capability and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position will be based out of their corporate office in Delhi.
The ideal profile would be an Engineer/MBA with at least 10-12 yrs of post qualification experience. You must have handled a National role with an MNC and should have exposure to indirect sales (through Channels), as also some direct sales and Account management experience, preferably in the Consumer electronics/Durables/IT products or devices industries
