Head - Major Accounts : Mobile Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking to identify a senior level profile to head the Major Accounts business of a global giant, for their Enterprise Solutions business. The company is a global telecom leader and has a separate entity that focusses on the rapidly growing Enterprise Services and Solutions business. This position reports to the country head in India

The Job

You will be managing sales of Enterprise Solutions to all the large accounts in the country, including managing relationships and delivery to ensure commercial success. This will require you to lead a large team to identify business opportunities, understand customer business plans and find solutions to meet customer requirements. Your portfolio will include the entire product and services suite on offer, from mobile devices to hardware equipment to software solutions and you will hold customer P&L responsibility and accountability. The profile requires a consultative approach with high level relationship management skills. The ability to build a personal rapport with the client's top management will be a critical success factor

Your profile

Ideally, you should be an Engineer+MBA with 12-15 yrs of post qualification experience. Exposure to Account based selling of complete enterprise solutions in software and security is essnetial, preferably in the Banking/Telecom/Services space. Some exposure to product sales in a similiar environment would be a major advantage. A past record of success and demonstrated leadership qualities are essential attributes for the position.
