Head Solution Sales- World Leader in Mobile Communications .

We are seeking to recruit a senior profile in Solutions Sales for a global giant. A world leader in Mobile phones, the company now has a separate entity that focusses on future growth areas - Enterprise Services and Solutions. As head for Solution Sales, you will work with their customers who are global level telecom operators, to create and implement business models for enterprise solutions, based on current and evolving technologies. The position reports to the country head in India. Working with a global industry leader in a start stage vertical, you get a unique opportunity to create with all the backing and very little binding

The Job

You will be responsible for a managing the solutions business with Operators and Large Enterprises. You are required to understand customers' strategic and business plans, implement account strategy, identify product and/or solutions and develop product offerings to ensure optimum profitability. A business development role, this will require an understanding of telecom operators' business model and their revenue sharing with different price plans. This is a high-responsibility position that requires some technology understanding and strong commercial acumen.

Your Profile

The ideal profile would be an Engineer/MBA with approximately 12 years of post qualification experience, of which atleast 5 years must be in Software Solutions sales. Prior experience with telecom solutions as well as a good understanding the operator's business dynamics would be essential.
