The Role
This is a leadership role that manages the most critical part of Marketing and consumer connectivity. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for guiding the creation and activation of campaigns across all consumer touch points for all their product categories. This includes management of creative excellence and consistency as well as overall touch point strategy to ensure a holistic campaign implementation across ATL, online media, BTL, consumer events, seeding, partnerships etc. Innovation and efficiencies will be key element of the responsibility which also includes managing one of the largest advertising budgets in the country.
Your profile
Management Graduate from a premier institute, with 14+ years in marketing and marketing management, preferably has exposure to domestic and international markets. Strong consumer experience and some exposure to the rural markets is essential. Experience with new forms of marketing, such as through digitial media and the internet would be a definite advantage.
