BRAND MANAGEMENT - FMCG LEADER
We are seeking to identify a senior professional for Brand Management for one of our clients, a forerunner in the FMCG space and one of India's most trusted and respected brands. After acquiring several international organizations, they now have a global footprint and are poised for rapid growth. They encourage creativity, dynamism and innovation and have always been a 'Great Place To Work'
You will be expected to achieve top line and bottom line targets for your segment and will report to the Category Head for the segment. Planning future course of action and media strategy on a national level to achieve market share objectives on the brand will be your responsibility. Handling all stages of new product development from concept development to launch and after launch tracking will fall under your purview. You will also analyze sales/spends on a regular basis on a national level.
Location: Mumbai
You must have an MBA from a premier B school followed by 6-8 years of brand management experience in the cosmetics or beauty segment of a multinational in a leadership role. Conceptual clarity, an eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are critical attributes.
