Account Director - Telecom MNC Leader

We are seeking to identify a top- notch professional to manage a complex US $ 200 million+ key account relationship for one of the world's leading telecom technology companies. The company's offerings comprise hardware and software products as well as services which combine to form solutions that are integral to the customer's business.

Our client is a leading global provider of communications networks and services with a complete portfolio of mobile and fixed network infrastructure solutions. Widely respected for their technology leadership, they are a people-oriented organisation that provides a challenging work environment and a clear vision for potential leaders.

The Role
You will be responsible for the relationship and revenue goals for a key high-potential account which has a revenue potential exceeding US $ 250 million.You will be required to understand the customers objectives and execute the sales strategy in line with the account plan. Working at the CTO-CEO levels, you will need to be a part of the customer's business planning process and you and your team will need to be seen as partners in enabling the realisation of their business goals. This is a key top management role and the incumbent will be a part of the country leadership team for the US $ 1.5 billion India organisation.


Your Profile
You must be Engineer, preferably with an MBA from a premier institute and approximately 15 – 20 years of experience in technology sales and key account management. Key focus areas are Telecom/IT products, technology solutions and services, including outsourcing. Experience in managing relationships at CXO level and handling a senior level team are critical requirements.
