VP HR - Global Resourcing Centre : Leading MNC Bank
Our client is one of the largest financial services organizations in the world with operations in over 83 countries and a customer base of over 125 million clients. Global Resourcing is the group's offshore operations arm with 13 Service Centres across 5 countries in Asia employing over 30000 dedicated professionals.
The Role
This is a leadership role and as the Vice president, your responsibility will be to lead the HR and L&D team for the delivery of best in class HR services for the Group Service Centers (GSC’s) in Kolkata. You will efficiently manage and provide close guidance to the site recruitment team for end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be required to work closely with the Global Resourcing Central Compensation & Benefit team on establishing and maintaining market-led compensation levels. You will lead planning and delivery of learning & development programmes.
The role with their Kolkata Center, is a part of their Global Resourcing business which services group businesses in US, Europe, and Asia. This is a centre of excellence for multiple verticals, as well as general processing support.
Your Profile
You must be a ‘hands on’ leader with about 12-15 years post MBA experience in leading the HR department of a large SBU of an MNC. While senior level experience in the Service industry is essential, a prior stint with a manufacturing organisation would be an advantage. You should have a can do attitude, a desire to excel, be able to lead from the front with well honed people, business and HR professional skills
