SENIOR MANAGER-TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
We are seeking to identify a Senior Manager - Training for our client, a leading multinational telecom service company, with a large footprint providing world class services across India. The organization is highly employee focused and offers tremendous growth opportunities to quality professionals.
Your Role
You will be responsible for defining the training strategy and need analysis as well as formulating policies for learning development. Leading organisation-wide initiatives in the area of employee communication and engagement at a national level is another key performance area. Based at the corporate office, you will also be responsible for budget guidelines and systems audits for training and development.
Required Profile
You must have a post-graduate degree in Human Resources with approximately 8 years of experience and should have handled training management independently at a corporate/unit level. Working knowledge of HR systems and processes in the areas of performance assessment and talent management is essential. Prior exposure to the design and execution of employee engagement projects will be an advantage.
