Senior Manager - HR
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager HR for our Client, a leading manufacturer of automotive components in India. You will manage the HR & IR functions for the company’s Hyderabad plant having close to 1000 people. You will be responsible for maintaining conducive employee relations, improve delivery performance, reduce employee cost, improving quality levels etc. You must have a MBA/MSW degree with 9-12years of experience in handling both HR & IR activities at a plant location. Local language skills are essential.
