SBU Human Resources Lead
We are seeking to recruit a mature Human Resources professional to manage the HR needs of a global unit of a telecom technology leader. The company is strongly employee focused, with a people friendly culture and pro-active HR practices worldwide. You will have excellent exposure to global best practices, with ample scope for local initiatives.
THE ROLE
This position willl hold unit HR responsibility in one of the fastest growing technology SBU's of the Company. This is a global initiative by the company that operationalises the latest in technology outsourcing, with India as the epicentre. You will manage all HR services including resourcing, compensation & benefits, career planning and retention for employees in the BU, as well as HR strategy formulation. The position is based at Chennai and reports into the BU Head and Business HR Head.
YOUR PROFILE
You must be an MBA from a premier institute with approximately 6 years of experience in HR. Must have independently handled the HR needs of a business unit, preferably in a hi-technology company. Must have understanding of cross-functional requirements and an ability to interact globally and manage evolving HR needs in a fast paced growth environment
