Resourcing Head- Global Telecom Leader

The Role
As the resourcing head for the company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a pan-India recruitment strategy. The company has large workforces in almost every state in the country and continuous sourcing needs across all of them, besides several focussed global BU's in India. You will be required to ensure tools, processes & systems are in place and implement the most efficient and effective staffing process. Ensure communication & compliance of global framework.You will also be required to assist business leaders in multiple silos and several geographies to plan their resourcing requirements and would have to create individual and collective strategies for timely sourcing. This is a critical life-line for the organisation and a major driver for its growth engine, which makes this a high-visibility role across the global system.
Your Profile
You should be an Engineering or management graduate with 8- 12 years of experience, having exposure to continuous hiring of technical resources in a process driven system. You should also have interacted extensively with business heads and top management and handled recruitment at senior levels You must have a good understanding of the complexities involved in setting up effective tools for sourcing the right talent across levels. Team management skills are essential.
