Human Resources Manager - Professional Services firm
We are seeking to identify a senior Human Resources professional for the largest professional services firm in the world. They provide a full range of Business Advisory Services to leading organizations through five lines of service and 22 Industry specialized practices. The firm is represented in appox 150 countries having 160,000 employees’ worldwide and 3000 professionals in India.
The Position
This is a critical role that will hold HR responsibility for one of their largest business groups in the country. As a primary HR Leader for the region, you will be the HR Performance owner with responsibilites that include strategy planning as well as implementation, Recruitment and Selection, Policy planning,HR operation and designing HR systems. The position is based in Delhi and reports directly to the practice head, with matrixed reporting to the HR Director for India.
Your Profile
To apply, you must have a degree in Human Resources from a reputed B school, followed by aproximately 12 - 15 years of post qualification experience. You must be a seasoned professional who has headed the Human Resources function for an independent SBU or region within a larger organisation preferably from services industry. Their entire organisation is staffed by highly qualified professionals and the HR leadership is a credibility driven role that requires maturity and genuine concern for individual aspirations and needs.
