Regional HR Head - MNC World Leader
We are seeking to recruit a senior profile in Human Resources for a global consumer and technology leader. The Position :This is a leadership role that will hold responsibility for all the existing and emerging business groups for North. As a primary HR Leader for the region, you will be the HR Performance owner for all the businesses in the region, across different industry segments. You will enable local line to achieve their business targets and will be instrumental in creating and leading local change planning and planning/implementation of global change programs. The position is based at the corporate office in Delhi and reports into the Director HR for India.
Profile : 8 to 10 yrs of post qualification work experience in a system driven HR environment. You must have clarity on core HR fundamentals and experience both as a specialist, as well as in a general HR role. Independent handling of the HR needs of a business unit for a MNC and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic HR environment are highly desirable.
