The Job
This is an HR generalist role where you will manage the HR needs of the local Business Units in the Western regions and hold the responsibility for delivering the full scope of HR services including resourcing, compensation and benefits and retention for employees. This is an operational role and you will be responsible for implementing HR strategy across all the businesses, including managing HR systems & processes.
The person
Should have a Masters in Human Resources from a premier institute followed by 4-6 years of work experience. Must have independently handled the operational HR needs of a business unit, preferably in a technology company. Must have understanding of cross-functional requirements and an ability to interact globally and manage evolving HR needs in a fast paced growth environment
