We are seeking to recruit a senior HR professional for a national role with our client, an MNC world leader in the consumer- technology space with a turnover of 50 billion Euros and a presence across more than 140 countries. The Role
This is a leadership role in HR for their premier vertical with a direct revenue contribution of 4 billion $. You will manage their HR needs as a strategist. You will partner line leadership to help achieve their business targets and will be instrumental in creating and leading local change management as well as global change programs. You will instill organisational values and focus on developing leadership talent and retaining them keeping the complexities of this industry and challenges in mind.
Your Profile
You must be an MBA, preferably from a premier institute with 15 + years of experience. Must have worked in a multinational environment with direct global interactions and significant strategic HR contribution. Past experience in Sales and Marketing HR will be an added advantage. Critical attributes include strategic HR skills, relationship management with top management, handling a large team including senior level profiles and ability to manage complexities of evolving HR needs in a fast paced growth environment spread out across the country
