Human Resouces Manager
We are seeking to recruit a senior Human Resources professional with expertise in OD for one of the world's most admired FMCG Multinationals. The company has a global presence and it's India subsidiary is well integrated into the same and offers international careers to high performers.
Your Profile
The ideal profile is an MBA from a premier institute with approximately 8-10 years of experience in HR, covering multiple roles. In addition to gereralist HR skills, you should have in-depth exposure to the strategy aspects of HR, including Organisational development. Experience of independently handling the HR needs of a business unit, preferably in a consumer company, would be a major advantage.
The Position
This is a highly visible position in the company and reports into the Regional Director for Human Resources. You will be responsible for managing HR services as well as HR strategy formulation with special focus on Organisation Development . The company's OD matrix has a regional emphasis and to that extent you will be required to interact and align with your international counterparts. This position will be based at their India headquarters in Mumbai.
