HR Strategy Leader - Global SBU

We are seeking to recruit to a global HR strategist for a technology world leader. The company is strongly employee focused, with a people friendly culture and pro-active HR practices worldwide. The Role

You will head HR strategy and operations for one of the fastest growing SBU’s of this consumer technology world leader, which focuses on future businesses. This is a global business unit with multi country presence and a distributed workforce. Located at Bangalore, you will be required to work closely with the BU head based in Europe on defining overall HR strategy and helping to operationalize the same across individual country organizations. You will be required to adopt ground-up innovative approaches in core HR areas like strategic resourcing, organization design and development, change management, talent and competence management, leadership development, etc. The position will also entail working with different cultures across multiple international locations.

Your Profile

You must have approximately 15 years of core HR experience with leading international organizations, preferably in fast paced, high knowledge industries like consulting, investment banking, software development, etc. Experience of living and working in one or more international locations will be a major advantage. Direct exposure to HR strategy, organization development and strategic resourcing is essential . As an individual you must have the ability to work in a virtual environment with a globally diverse organization, initially as an individual contributor and subsequently building your own team.
