HR HEAD - AMERICAN TECHNOLOGY MULTINATIONAL
We are seeking to identify a Head of Human Resources for an American technology multinational which is part of a Fortune 500 group. The organization is a leader in test, measurement and monitoring systems with a revenue of USD 20 million in India. They are a highly employee focused organization and offer tremendous growth opportunities to quality professionals.
The position:
This is a leadership HR position that will hold responsibility for the sales and software development business for the organization in India. This is a generalist role and will involve managing the entire gamut of Human Resources like recruitment, employee relations, performance management , compensation and benefits as well as retention. You will be responsible for instilling HR values in the organization. Strategic as well as 'hands-on' in nature, the position reports to the Global HR Head in the US with a dotted line to the Group HR Head in India.
Your profile:
You must have an MBA from a premier B school followed by 10-12 years of experience in a leadership role in a multinational or an independent responsibility of a Strategic Business Unit. Global exposure and managing evolving needs in a fast paced business environment will be an advantage. Critical attributes are excellent communication skills and conceptual clarity.
