Job Description
This is a generalist role with strategic content, where you will report to the business HR Head andl support multiple business units. The position will also entail interacting with the global organisation for the entry of new business units into India.
Required Profile
You must be an MBA from premier institute with 2-5 years of experience in HR. Must have independently handled the HR needs of a business unit, preferably in a hi-technology company. Must have understanding of cross-functional requirements and an ability to interact globally.
