HR Account Consultant for a Global Technology Leader

Job Description
This is a generalist role where you will manage the HR needs of the local Business Unit in the region and will report to the Regional HR Head in Delhi. You will hold the responsibility for delivering the full scope of HR services including resourcing, compensation and benefits and retention for employees in the Business Unit. Rolling out cross regional HR initiatives will also be a part of the role.
Required Profile
You must be an MBA with around 5 years of experience in HR and IR preferably have a Tech. / Service / Manufacturing industry exposure, across the HR function.
Location - Patna / Ranchi
