Talent and Leadership Development Head - APAC & BU

We are seeking to identify a senior HR professional for a dual international role - to manage Talent and Leadership Development for the APAC region of a global telecommunications leader and also head the TLD function for one of their global SBUs. This is a 60,000 people strong company with a presence in over 140 countries across 7 regions.

The Role

As a strategist and performance owner for talent and leadership development you will be required to design, develop and deploy a portfolio of solutions and processes related to Organizational Development. You will ensure capability management by identifying regional talent and leadership needs at the APAC level. You will act as the main driver for key leadership and team development actions. The position will report to the Global Head of Talent and Leadership Development.

Your Profile

You must have an MBA in HR from a premier institute, with 15 + years of experience. In addition to generalist HR skills you should have in depth exposure to the strategy aspects of organization development. Multi-country cross cultural experience, preferably with an MNC technology company will be a major advantage.
