The Role
This is a leadership role for a large people organisation and you will be the HR Strategy & Performance owner across the organisation's large national footprint. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategyand managing a large HR team to deliver on systems & processes. You will partner line leadership to achieve their business targets and will be instrumental in creating and leading local change management as well as global change programs. You will instill organisational values and focus on developing leadership talent, keeping the complexities of this industry and challenges in mind.
Your Profile
You must be an MBA, preferably from a premier institute with 15 + years of experience. Must have worked in a large large multinational having a national presence and handled of end-to-end HR operational needs in a leadership role. You should preferably have held direct responsibility across at least two geographical regions of the country during your career. Critical attributes include strategic HR skills, relationship management with top management, handling a large team including senior level reportees and ability to manage complexities of evolving HR needs in a fast paced growth environment spread out across the country
