We are seeking to identify high quality consultants for a premier consulting company that is seeking to achieve exponential growth in the country, from a large existing base. They are a strategic HR consulting and change management firm that is a part of the world's largest HR services organisation and count some of the best known global names as their clients.

The company has leading edge offerings in talent management including talent assessment, leadership development, coaching, employer branding, career transition, change management and designing of HR processes,. The India organisation works with large scale clients across the south-Asian region for long-term assignments. They have offices in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Sri Lanka. The Role
Given the potential of the India market and exponential growth in client base, they are now looking for HR professionals with a proven track record for delivering consulting services and executing assignments to high value clients. Key focus HR areas would be Change management, Leadership development and Talent management.
The person
MBA, preferably from a premier business school, with 12- 15 years of post qualification experience.Must either be from consulting background or an HR line manager with high-quality exposure to developmental HR issues like OD and change management. A faculty background with expertise in related areas and good industry interface would also be looked at.
