CIRCLE HR HEAD - TELECOM MNC
We are seeking to identify a senior professional to head the Human Resources function of a large telecom circle, for our client. The company is a highly reputed MNC telecom service company, providing world class services in multiple circles across India. They are a highly employee focused organisation that offers tremendous growth opportunities to quality professionals.
The Position
You will head the HR function for a circle and report to the Circle CEO. This is a leadership position which will manage delivery for the full scope of HR services for the circle and also be responsible for instilling HR values and corporate culture in the organisation. You will be required to lead a team consisting of strategic and operational HR professionals.
Your Profile
You must be an MBA, preferably from a premier institute with 12 - 15 years of experience, including exposure to a multinational environment. Prior experience of handling of end-to-end HR needs of a large business unit is essential and Service sector exposure will be an advantage. Critical attributes include conceptual clarity, good communication skills and an eye for detail.
