Circle HR Head - Telecom MNC
We are seeking to identify HR Heads for large telecom circles for our client, a highly reputed MNC telecom service company, providing world class services across India. The organization is highly employee focused and offers tremendous growth opportunities to quality professionals.
Position : You will head the HR function for a circle and report to the Circle Head. This is a leadership position which will manage delivery for the full scope of HR services for the circle and also be responsible for instilling HR values and corporate culture in the organisation.
Qualifications : MBA from a premier institute with 10 - 15 years of
experience, preferably in a multinational environment, involving independent handling of all the HR needs of a business unit. Exposure to managing HR in the Service sector will be an advantage. Critical attributes include conceptual clarity, good communication skills and an eye for detail.
Locations : These positions are located at multiple locations across the country, so please state your locational preference.
