Structured Finance Head - Global Telecom Leader
Our client, the world’s leading telecom company is seeking to appoint a senior professional to head their structured finance function in the country and be a part of the APAC team. You will play a pivotal role in structuring the multi-million dollar telecom infrastructure deals that the company enters into, by providing finance expertise to the company from bidding to execution and will also assist their customers to access domestic and international funding.
Purpose of the Role:
Support the business by providing financial and credit risk management expertise and services and for arranging financing for all Business Groups as part of the overall business development approach
Provide specific banking expertise internally and externally to key customer decision makers
Key responsibility areas:
Relationship management
Actively participate in business development proposals from the beginning
Cultivate the relationship with key decision makers and CFOs of existing and target clients
Involvment in special projects/discussions with clients
Maintain the network of bankers and alternative distribution channels such as hedge funds and private equity
Product management:
Portfolio management – ensure optimal risk and working capital management. Working in close conjunction with global Finance & Control
Key requirements:
Approximately 10 years of banking experience in product and relationship management, of which a major part must be in banking
Experience of complex trade financing and/or loan syndication/debt capital markets.
