Manager - Process Migration & Delivery
We are seeking to recruit a head for Process Migration and Delivery, for a telecommunication world leader. The company is a highly respected technology and consumer leader and one of the largest MNC's operating in India today.They are in the process of transitioning key accounting processes from the Europe and APAC operations into India and are seeking to recruit a senior level Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of experience and prior experience in the area.
You will be responsible for transition of financial accounting and business reporting processes. You will manage operations of the India based expenditure team for service delivery in accordance with global best practices and will report to the European centre. You will ensure that controls are in place for quality, efficiency, timeliness of processing and define action plans to continuously improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction. The preferred profile is a CA with an excellent academic record and 8-12 years of experience. Experience in the ITES industry with expertise in financial systems and tools is essential.
