Revenue Recognition Lead - Europe
Our client, an global technology leader, is seeking to identify a senior level Finance & Accounting professional for their global revenue recognition team based out of Finland.A seamless global organization, they have a value based culture that seeks to nurture and promote talent at all levels.
The Role
You will act as a senior expert within Revenue Recognition field ensuring compliance to IFRS/US GAAP. Develop revenue recognition concepts and implementation guidelines. Validate and support to the global and country SOX catalogue. Initiate and lead continuous improvement of processes,systems and training in this area. This is a specialised and highly visible position in the global set up.
The profile
You must be a Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of post qualification experience. You must have direct experience in the area of Revenue Recognition, preferably in technology or projects companies and good technical knowledge in the area. "Big 4" exposure or work experience with companies that require compliance with international accounting norms is essential. Accounting qualification like CPA/ACCA is an added advantage.
