CFO India - Global Technology Giant
We are seeking to identify a high quality finance professional for a top level role for a MNC world Leader in the Technology and Engineering space.
A USD 20 billion global giant, our client is a business leader in India too with a turnover close to USD 2 billion. They have a complex business model with multiple SBUs and an all India presence with close to 4000 direct employees.
The Role:
As the CFO, you will own the P&L and will be fully responsible for all Finance, Accounting, Analysis, Control and Compliance issues, reporting to the APAC Finance Head. In addition, you will work with the Country Business Head to manage profitability.
Your Profile:
You must be a Chartered Accountant with an excellent academic record or an MBA from a premier institute with close to 20 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting and Management control, including responsibility for US GAAP and SOX compliances.
Senior management experience with a major technology or engineering MNC is essential. You must be an astute leader with the ability to work in a matrix structure in a dynamic and constantly changing industry.
