Supply Chain Consulting Lead - Global Consulting Major
Our client, one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies is committed to delivering innovation that helps its clients become high-performance businesses.With over 115,000 people and offices in 48 countries around the world, India is set to become the largest center for this consulting major. The company is now seeking to recruit senior management professionals for their Supply Chain practice line as a part of their global consulting practice, to deliver and manage on global consulting assignments.
The Role
You will lead consulting engagements as part of a global team and will ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. You will develop and maintain contacts with top decision makers at key clients and lead the proposal development process. The role is to develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions for the client as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring that the clients derive maximum value from their people through innovative business-oriented approaches to the human capital elements of the enterprise including workforce support and enablement and the management of change.
The person
You should be an MBA from a premier business school, with approx. 12- 14 years of post qualification experience. A significant part of your career should either be in supply chain management consulting or managing the supply chain in a large FMCG/ automobile company
