CRM Consulting Lead : Global Consulting Leader
Our client, one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies is committed to delivering innovation that helps its clients become high-performance businesses.With over 115,000 people and offices in 48 countries around the world, India is set to become the largest center for this consulting major. The company is now seeking to recruit senior management professionals for their CRM business line as a part of their global consulting practice to deliver and manage on global consulting assignments.
The Role
As the CRM expert you will lead consulting engagements as part of global team for international clients. You will be responsible for helping clients efficiently anticipate, meet and exceed their customer expectations. You will manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. You will develop and maintain contacts with top decision makers at key clients and lead the proposal development process.
The person
You should be an MBA from a premier business school, with approx. 12- 14 years of post qualification experience. A significant part of your career must be in consulting for Marketing/Advertising/Branding in a client facing role with the ability to successfully close and execute business deals.
