Regional Head, Business Development - International Consulting firm
We are seeking to identify a senior professional to head the Business Development function for a premier multinational consulting company. A strategic HR consulting and change management firm that is now a part of the world's largest HR services organisation, they are seeking to achieve exponential growth in the country, from an existing leadership position.

The Role
Given the potential of the India market, the company is moving from incremental to exponential growth. For this, they are forming a dedicated Business Development cell to create visibilty in the market and go beyond the traditional method of expansion. As a regional head you will be responsible for evaluating potential markets, creating new clientele and developing new business up to the revenue stage for the assigned region.
The person
MBA, preferably from a premier business school, with approx. 8- 10 years of post qualification experience, a significant part of which must be in Business development or sales. Experience in consulting firms or service sector in a client facing role is a must.You should have managed deep client relationships with highly effective communication and leadership skills and must be a productive team player with the ability to successfully close and execute business deals.
