Process Analyst - Indian Consulting & Software MNC
We are looking for Process Analyst for India’s most respected software multinational which provides a complete suite of solutions including consulting, products, implementation and off-shoring, to an elite list of global clients.

Job Role
You are required to analyze process gaps, RFI / RFQ / RFP, and draft solution conceptualization based on customer requirements. You will be responsible for converting business objectives into action and ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
Skills Required
The ideal background would be of 4 - 6 years of experience with ability to objectively analyse complex relationships and problems in-depth. You must be an Engineer or MBA from a premier institute with prior experience in requirement analysis, design and formal quality processes. Should have expertise in any of the following skill sets / processes.
1. ITIL
2. BS15000
3. Security Services and Risk Management
4. Six Sigma
5. SOX
6. ISO
7. CMM
8. CobIT
9. Information Lifecycle Management
10. Other quality processes.

Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad.
