Consulting Lead - Finance : Global Consulting Leader
Our client, one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies is committed to delivering innovation that helps its clients become high-performance businesses.With over 115,000 people and offices in 48 countries around the world, India is set to become the largest center for this consulting major. The company is now seeking to recruit senior management professionals for their Finance & Performance Management Service business as a part of their global consulting practice to deliver and manage on global consulting assignments.
The Role
As part of a global team, you will lead consulting assignments, manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.As the senior finance expert you will support the clients' leadership and business teams in developing financial strategies and capabilities. You will focus on streamlining accounting processes; designing and setting up finance shared services operations and advising clients on outsourcing their accounting processes. You will develop new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth. You will develop and maintain contacts with top decision makers at key clients and lead the proposal development process.
The person
You should either be a Management Graduate or a Chartered Accountant with 12-14 years of post qualification experience in a "Big Four" consulting or audit firm or a major multinational. Your exposure must include Consulting/Functional experience in reengineering accounting processes and performance management systems, as well as setting up shared services centres. Direct customer interface and business development exposure is important.
