Global Head – Strategy & BD : $ 8 billion business
We are seeking to identify a global head of Strategy and Business Development for a $ 8 billion technology & services business for our client, a global technology leader with operations across 7 global regions comprising over 140 countries.
One of the world's leading technology organizations and recognized leader worldwide, both services and products space, the company has succeeded in its dynamic industry space through astute strategy creation and execution. In a recent move, they have moved the global HQ for their Services business to India and will be servicing global clients from here.
The Role
You will be responsible for overall strategy definition and direction setting, business performance evaluation and business development, at the head of a global team. This is a critical, encompassing function that is key to the future of this company and you will work closely as a part of the top management team.
Your Profile
You must be a top class professional with an MBA from a premier Indian or international business school and preferably a degree in technology from a reputed institute. You must have at least 15 years of post-MBA experience including top management roles in strategy and business development in the Technology / Telecom space. Ability to strategize at a global level and develop business in a dynamic environment will be critical to the role. Prior “C” Suite consulting experience will be a major advantage.
