Strategy Consulting Lead : Global Consulting Leader
Our client, one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies is committed to delivering innovation that helps its clients become high-performance businesses.With over 115,000 people and offices in 48 countries around the world, India is set to become the largest center for this consulting major. The company is now seeking to recruit a senior management profile for their Business Strategy consulting line, a part of their global consulting practice, to deliver and manage on global consulting assignments.
The Role
As part of a global team, you will lead international engagements where you will be responsible for identifying and implementing high performance business value creation and transformation opportunities. You will deliver independent strategic and general management consulting services focused on the CEO and Chief Strategy Officers' agenda. You will manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. You will develop and maintain contacts with top decision makers at key clients and lead the proposal development process.
The person
You should be an MBA from a premier business school, with approx. 12- 14 years of post qualification experience. A significant part of your career must be in strategy/business consulting, else you should have worked on organizational strategy initiatives in a large Consumer/Banking company.
