Engagement Manager – High end HR Consulting firm
We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR professional to head individual client engagements for a strategic HR consulting and change management firm. You must be an MBA in HR from a premier institute with 4-6 years of post qualification experience in HR projects, preferably with a major consulting firm, in their HR practice. You would be required to understand client needs, identify appropriate solutions and manage resources to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
